Our charger takes ways of constant current and constant voltage charging,which means that the battery is first charged at constant current (CC), then end charged at the 0.02C current when the battery voltage reaches to rated voltage.

Why the charger can not charge the battery?

First check the charger indicator status. If red light flashes, please connect the charging plug well. When the light is solid green, please confirm whether the DC cord is tightly connected to the battery.  If everything is ok but problem persists, please contact XYC After-sales Service Center

Why the charger will flash the red light and alarm?

Please check if the DC cord(with NTC sensor) is securely connected first, otherwise the red light will flash and alarm when the temperature control induction is not detected.
